Characteristics Engine Decarbonization
Purpose:
Removal of deposits in the piston-cylinder group. This is important for restoring optimal operation of pistons, valves, cylinder liners, and other elements.
Method of use:
- 1. Warm up the engine
- 2. Remove the spark plugs
- 3. Rotate the crankshaft to position all pistons in the middle. Precision is not required; it is sufficient if the pistons are approximately in the middle of the cylinder
- 4. Disable the ignition system
- 5. Pour the product into each cylinder, evenly distributing the composition among the cylinders using a syringe
- 6. Screw the spark plugs back in; this will increase the temperature inside and create a steam bath
- 7. Leave the decarbonization agent to act for 30 minutes
- 8. Release the technological holes, completely remove the liquid from the combustion chambers with a syringe, and blow the cylinders with compressed air (up to 3 bar). Close the technological holes tightly with fabric to prevent splashing of the composition, fully press the accelerator pedal, and rotate the engine crankshaft with the starter 2-3 times for 5 seconds each
- 9. Drain the old oil with the elements formed after decarbonization
- 10. Fill in the flushing oil
- 11. Screw in the spark plugs, turn on the ignition, and try to start the engine
- 12. Perform a final oil change
