Visitor's Consent to Personal Data Processing

I hereby, in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (as amended), freely, of my own free will and interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, give my consent to Limited Liability Company "Blowball" (Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 7743208562, Primary State Registration Number ( OGRN): 1177746468789, Tax Registration Reason Code (KPP): 222501001), legal address: 656909, RUSSIA, ALTAY REGION, BARNAUL CITY, VODNIKOV ST., H. 1E, ROOM 5. Postal address: 656056, Altai region, Barnaul city, V.N. Bavarin Square, building 2, office 910 (hereinafter referred to as the Company), the Company's website: https://www.hyperfuel.ru, to process my personal data on the following terms:

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools and with their use. The consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: surname, name, patronymic; phone number ( home / mobile); email address; user data (information about location, type and version of OS, type and version of Browser, type of device and its screen resolution; source from which the user came to the site; from which site or by which advertisement; OS and Browser language; which pages the user opens and which buttons the user clicks; IP address); data about me that will become known during the execution of contracts (in case of conclusion of a contract between me and the Company), as well as other publicly available information about me.

2. Personal data is not publicly available.

3. The purpose of processing personal data:

  • – informing the User by sending emails;
  • – conclusion, execution, and termination of civil law contracts;
  • – providing access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website https://www.hyperfuel.ru

4. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"; this Visitor's Consent to Personal Data Processing.

5. The following actions will be performed during the processing of personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage (no longer than required by the purpose of concluding, executing, and terminating civil law contracts), clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

6. I am informed by the Company that the expected users of personal data are the employees of the Company, as well as persons engaged by the Company on the terms of a civil law contract.

7. I am aware that:

7.1. this Consent to the processing of my personal data is indefinite and may be revoked by me by sending a written statement to the Company (656056, Russia, Altai region, Barnaul, V.N. Bavarin Square, building 2, office 910). The date of revocation shall be the day following the day of delivery of a written statement to the Company about the revocation of the Consent of the website user to the processing of personal data;

7.2. I have the right to access my personal data, demand clarification (updating, changing) of my personal data, as well as deletion and destruction of my personal data in case of their processing by the Company, violating my legal rights and interests, the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.3. in case of revocation of the Consent to the processing of personal data, the Company has the right to continue processing personal data without my consent if there are grounds specified in points 2.11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

8. I undertake to notify the Company without delay of any changes in my personal data, information about me, providing supporting documents.

9. By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the provided personal data, as well as confirm the accuracy of the provided data.

10. This Consent is valid until the termination of the processing of personal data in accordance with clause 7.1 of the Consent.
